Shipping
All jewellery is made to order and will be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If we are unable to ship to your location through our website, please contact info@fleerackers.com for customised shipping arrangements. All shipped orders are provided with a tracking number.
For atelier pickups, you will receive an email notification within 2 to 4 weeks after placing your order once your item is ready for collection.
Delivery info
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. All shipments are traceable using the tracking number supplied.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays beyond our control, including but not limited to payment authorisation, carrier delays, customs processing, or stock availability. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may require additional transit time.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Lost parcels
All shipments are insured against loss or theft; this insurance is included in the shipping cost. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Fleerackers is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us at info@fleerackers.com as soon as possible and we will gladly assist in investigating the issue with the shipping company. While we will do our best to help locate the shipment, any reshipment or additional shipping costs incurred once a parcel has been recovered or deemed lost may be the responsibility of the buyer.
