By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the website and placing orders.
Definitions
“Customer”, “You”, “Your” refers to any person using the website or placing an order.
“Fleerackers”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Fleerackers.
“Website” refers to www.fleerackers.com.
“Products” refers to jewellery and related items offered for sale.
Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Products & Made-to-Order Nature
All Fleerackers jewellery is made to order, produced specifically according to the customer’s selected size and specifications.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Variations in color, texture, weight, and finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products and do not constitute defects.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR, unless stated otherwise, and include applicable taxes unless specified.
-Fleerackers reserves the right to:
-Correct pricing errors
-Modify prices at any time
-Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing
Payment must be received in full before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment authorization is complete.
Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Fleerackers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
-Suspected fraud
-Incorrect pricing
-Stock or production limitations
If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Production and shipment typically occur within 2–4 weeks.
Risk of loss and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Fleerackers is not responsible for:
-Carrier delays
-Customs processing
-Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Delivery to post office boxes is not available.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
All shipments are insured against loss or theft. Once the parcel is transferred to the carrier, Fleerackers is not liable for loss, theft, delay, or damage.
We may assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier, but recovery is not guaranteed. Any reshipping or administrative costs may be charged to the customer.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:
-Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
-Returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted
The right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Defects & Legal Warranty
Customers must inspect products upon delivery.
Any claim regarding defects or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.
If a defect attributable to Fleerackers is confirmed, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Fleerackers or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
-Use the website for unlawful purposes
-Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality
-Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit website content
Hyperlinking & Third-Party Content
Fleerackers is not responsible for content on external websites linking to or from this website.
We reserve the right to request removal of any link at our discretion.

- Loss of profit, data, or business
- Delays or failures beyond our control

Force Majeure
Fleerackers shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, or carrier disruptions.
Termination

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
